Job Summary
Manage a student home by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while providing structure and supervision. Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility while maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline. Plan and participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress and behavior. Handle household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, coordinating transportation, and maintaining a clean living space. Work on campus with extended blocks of on-duty time balanced with scheduled time off.
Required Qualifications
