Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines for a group of students, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime, while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Plan and participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, coordinating transportation, and maintaining a clean living space. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress. Work on campus with extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
