Job Summary
Live-in Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus, responsible for daily care, structure, and supervision of a group of students; coordinate routines (wake-up, meals, homework, recreation, bedtime); support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth; model behavior and coach in conflict resolution, life skills, and positive character development; communicate with teachers and staff to monitor student progress; plan recreational activities and cultural experiences; manage household logistics and foster a safe, inclusive living environment within a residential school; housing is provided and on-campus scheduling involves extended blocks of on-duty time balanced with time off; ideal candidates value equity, inclusion, collaboration, and mission-driven work.
Required Qualifications
