Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision for a group of students in a residential home. Foster a safe, inclusive living environment while coaching students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and manage household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation. Plan and lead recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
