Job Summary
Manage student homes by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide direct care, structure, and supervision to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally through role-modeling, conflict resolution coaching, and life skills development. Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, plan recreational activities, and maintain household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation coordination. Work extended on-duty blocks with scheduled time off in a residential setting, supporting diverse students from under-resourced backgrounds with empathy, patience, and organizational skill.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
