Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision for a residential student group. Foster a safe, respectful living environment by coaching students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility while maintaining clear expectations. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor student progress and collaborate on consistent care. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
