Job Summary
Manage student homes by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through consistent discipline and role-modeling. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences. Maintain household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, and transportation coordination within extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off.
Required Qualifications
