Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision for a group of students. Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment while fostering strong study habits, life skills, and positive character traits. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Plan and participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, coordinating transportation, and maintaining a clean living space. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor student progress.
Required Qualifications
