Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through consistent discipline and role-modeling. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress and collaborate on meeting student needs. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support personal development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off within school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
