Job Summary

Manage a student home on campus by providing daily care, structure, and supervision for a group of students from pre-K through 12th grade. Coordinate routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations that align with school policies. Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress and behavior, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off, residing in school-provided housing. Candidates must bring experience working with children or youth and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
