Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision for a group of students in a residential home. Foster a safe, respectful living environment by modeling positive behavior, coaching conflict resolution, and maintaining consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Communicate regularly with teachers, health services, and administrators to monitor progress while planning recreational activities and community service experiences. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, and coordinating transportation, balancing extended on-duty blocks with scheduled time off.
Required Qualifications
