Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime, while fostering a safe, respectful living environment for students. Coach youth in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations aligned with school policies. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress and behavior. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off within the residential community.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
