Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide direct supervision and role-modeling for student behavior, decision-making, and interpersonal relationships, coaching conflict resolution and maintaining consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support personal development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean, orderly living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
