Job Summary
Provide daily care, structure, and supervision for a group of students; coordinate routines (wake-up, meals, homework, recreation, and bedtime); coach students in conflict resolution, life skills, and personal responsibility; collaborate with teachers, health services, and staff to monitor progress and behavior; facilitate recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences; promote an inclusive living environment. Demonstrated experience with children or youth and ability to work in a multicultural setting are essential.
