Houseparents, Full-Time

Live-in Houseparents responsible for daily care, structure, and supervision of students in a residential home on campus. Coordinate wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime; support students in developing study habits, life skills, and positive character traits. Communicate with teachers, health services, and staff to monitor progress and behavior; collaborate with the school community to meet student needs. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility while maintaining consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Plan and participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences that broaden student interests. Maintain a safe, inclusive living environment on campus, manage household logistics, and support transportation to school functions.
