Job Summary
Manage student homes by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide daily care, structure, and supervision to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally through role-modeling, conflict resolution coaching, and participation in recreational activities and community service. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and handle household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work on campus in school-provided housing with extended on-duty blocks balanced by scheduled time off.
Required Qualifications
