Job Summary
Live-in Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus to manage a student home, provide daily care, structure, and supervision, coordinate routines (wake-up, meals, homework, recreation, bedtime), support students’ academic and personal development, coach in conflict resolution and life skills, communicate with teachers and health services, and collaborate with the school community to ensure an inclusive, safe living environment; housing is provided on campus, with extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off, and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
