Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide daily care, structure, and supervision for a group of students, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally through role-modeling, conflict resolution coaching, and personal responsibility development. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and manage household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student interests and personal development within a residential campus setting.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
- an understanding of the challenges many students from diverse and often under-resourced backgrounds may face
