Job Summary

Manage a student home by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide daily care, structure, and supervision to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally through role-modeling, conflict resolution coaching, and the planning of recreational activities and community service. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, maintain household logistics such as meal planning and budgeting, and ensure consistent support aligned with school policies. Work extended on-duty blocks within residential housing while promoting equity and inclusion for children from diverse backgrounds.
