Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision for a residential student group. Provide role-modeling and coaching in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility while maintaining consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor student progress and behavior. Plan and participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Work extended on-duty blocks with scheduled time off in a multicultural, residential environment.
Required Qualifications
