Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while managing household logistics like meal planning, budgeting, and transportation. Provide daily care, structure, and supervision for a group of students to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility while maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor student progress and collaborate with the broader community to ensure consistent support. Plan and participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences that expose students to new interests.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
