Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime, while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor student progress and collaborate with the broader community to ensure consistent, caring support. Plan and participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences that expose students to new interests. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, coordinating transportation, and maintaining a clean, orderly living space within school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
