Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision for a group of students in a residential home. Create a safe, respectful environment while coaching students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation coordination. Maintain a clean, orderly living space and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor student progress.
Required Qualifications
