Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up times, meals, homework supervision, and bedtime, while fostering a safe, respectful living environment for students. Coach youth in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through consistent discipline and role-modeling. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development, and communicate regularly with teachers, health services, and administrators to monitor progress. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and coordinating transportation, while maintaining a clean living space. This role involves extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off within a residential community.
Required Qualifications
