Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision, while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations aligned with school policies. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, and coordinating transportation, while residing in school-provided housing. Requires experience working with children or youth in teaching, coaching, or residential care, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills.
