Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through consistent discipline and role-modeling. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, and coordinating transportation, maintaining a clean and orderly living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in school-provided housing attached to or near the student home.
Required Qualifications
