Job Summary
Manage student homes by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide direct supervision, coach students in conflict resolution and social skills, and maintain clear expectations aligned with school policies. Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress and ensure consistent, caring support. Plan recreational activities and community service experiences to promote personal development and expose students to new interests. Handle household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and coordinating transportation while maintaining a clean, orderly living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in a residential setting.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
