Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision for a residential student group. Provide role-modeling guidance on behavior, decision-making, and interpersonal relationships while coaching students in conflict resolution and social skills. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living environment. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
