Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while providing supervision for a group of students in a residential home. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work extended blocks of on-duty time balanced with scheduled time off within school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
