Job Summary
Manage student homes by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide daily care, structure, and supervision to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally through role-modeling, conflict resolution coaching, and social skills development. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, plan recreational activities, and support personal development. Work extended on-duty blocks with scheduled time off, handling household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation coordination.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
