Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime for a group of students while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, and coordinating transportation while maintaining a clean, orderly living space. This role involves extended blocks of on-duty time balanced with scheduled time off, requiring strong role-modeling, empathy, and organizational skill within a residential community setting.
Required Qualifications
