Job Summary
Houseparents live-in role providing daily care, structure, and supervision for a group of students on Milton Hershey School campus. Responsibilities include coordinating wake-ups, meals, homework, recreation, and bedtime; supporting student development in academics, social skills, and emotional growth; communicating with teachers, administrators, health services, and other staff; modeling positive behavior and upholding school policies; and participating in recreational and community activities to foster a nurturing, inclusive living environment. Experience with children or youth is required, and candidates should be comfortable working in a multicultural setting with a teamwork-oriented, mission-driven culture.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to follow school policies and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to live on campus in school-provided housing
