Houseparents, Full-Time

Houseparents live on campus to manage a student home, providing daily care, structure, and supervision for a group of students. Responsibilities include coordinating wake-up, meals, homework, recreation, and bedtime routines; supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth; communicating with teachers, health services, and support staff; coaching students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility; planning recreational activities and community service; maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment; coordinating transportation to events; managing household logistics and basic budgeting for home needs. Candidates should have experience working with children or youth, be comfortable in a multicultural environment, and demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and adherence to school policies.
