Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines for a group of students, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime, while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences that support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work extended blocks of on-duty time on campus with scheduled time off. Candidates must bring experience working with children or youth and demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to equity and inclusion within a multicultural residential community.
Required Qualifications
