Houseparents, Full-Time

Live-in Houseparent on Milton Hershey School campus responsible for daily care, structure, and supervision of an assigned student home; coordinate routines, support academic and life skills, and mentor students in conflict resolution, personal responsibility, and positive behavior. Collaborate with teachers, health services, and school administration to monitor student progress and well-being; maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment aligned with school policies; manage household logistics such as meal planning and basic budgeting; participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to broaden students’ interests. Requires experience with children/youth in teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care; strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; comfort working in a multicultural, mission-driven setting.
