Job Summary
Manage a student home by coordinating daily routines including wake-ups, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful living environment. Provide direct supervision, coach students in conflict resolution and social skills, and maintain clear expectations aligned with school policies. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences. Handle household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation coordination while residing in school-provided housing. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in a residential community setting.
Required Qualifications
