Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-ups, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime for a group of students while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide role-modeling and coaching in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, health services, and support staff to monitor student progress and behavior, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support personal development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space within a residential community setting.
Required Qualifications
