Job Summary
Manage a student home by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide daily care, structure, and supervision to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally through role-modeling, conflict resolution coaching, and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, plan recreational activities, and support personal development. Handle household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and coordinating transportation. Work extended on-duty blocks on campus with scheduled time off, residing in school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
