Job Summary
Manage student homes by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while providing daily care, structure, and supervision. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through role-modeling behavior and maintaining clear expectations aligned with school policies. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, plan recreational activities, and manage household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation. Work extended on-duty blocks in residential housing while fostering a safe, inclusive environment that supports academic, social, and emotional growth for pre-K through 12th graders.
Required Qualifications
