Job Summary

Coordinate daily routines, meals, and supervision for a residential group of students while fostering a safe, inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through consistent discipline and role-modeling. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics including meal planning, budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress and behavior. This role involves extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off within a residential community setting.
