Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision for a group of students in a residential home. Provide role-modeling, coach students in conflict resolution and social skills, and maintain consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, while planning recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off within a multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
