Job Summary
Manage a student home by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide daily care, structure, and supervision to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally through role-modeling, conflict resolution coaching, and social skills development. Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, plan recreational activities, and maintain household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation coordination. Work extended on-duty blocks with scheduled time off in school-provided housing, supporting students from diverse backgrounds in a residential community setting.
Required Qualifications
