Job Summary

Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up times, mealtimes, homework support, and bedtime supervision for a group of students in a residential home. Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment while fostering strong study habits, life skills, and positive character traits. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, maintaining clear expectations and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Plan and participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress and behavior. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in a multicultural environment.
