Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while managing household logistics like meal planning, basic budgeting, and transportation. Provide direct supervision, coach students in conflict resolution and social skills, and maintain a safe, respectful living environment through consistent discipline and role-modeling. Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor student progress and behavior, ensuring alignment with school policies and protocols. Manage extended blocks of on-duty time balanced with scheduled time off within a residential campus setting.
Required Qualifications
