Job Summary
Manage student homes by coordinating daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Provide daily care, structure, and supervision to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through role-modeling, conflict resolution coaching, and consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, plan recreational activities, and organize household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation. Work extended on-duty blocks with scheduled time off in school-provided housing.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
