Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime supervision for a group of students in a residential home. Create a safe, respectful living environment while coaching students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress and collaborate on student needs. Plan and participate in recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support personal development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in a multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth—such as teaching, coaching, social services, childcare, or residential care
