Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up times, mealtimes, homework supervision, and bedtime for a residential student group. Provide role-modeling and coaching in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility while maintaining consistent discipline aligned with school policies. Plan and lead recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor student progress. Work extended on-duty blocks within school-provided housing, balancing care duties with scheduled time off.
Required Qualifications
