Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime for a residential student group while maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through consistent discipline and role-modeling behavior. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, and plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining an orderly living space. Work extended on-duty blocks with scheduled time off in school-provided housing. Candidates must bring experience in teaching, coaching, social services, or residential care, and demonstrate commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practices within a multicultural setting.
Required Qualifications
