Job Summary
Coordinate daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime, while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment for students. Coach youth in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility through consistent discipline and role-modeling aligned with school policies. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support student development, while communicating regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress. Manage household logistics such as meal planning, basic budgeting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a clean living space. Work extended on-duty blocks balanced with scheduled time off in school-provided housing. Candidates must bring experience in teaching, coaching, or residential care and demonstrate commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practices within a multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
