Job Summary
Manage daily routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, and bedtime for a group of students while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress, coach students in conflict resolution and social skills, and maintain clear expectations aligned with school policies. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences to support personal development, while handling household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation coordination. Work on campus in school-provided housing with extended blocks of on-duty time, requiring strong role-modeling, empathy, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
